Fox International is committed to our customer's satisfaction. If you have a question or problem with the part you received, be sure to contact our research department first at researchdept@fox-international.com We may be able to resolve your problem much faster and easier for you.

Absolutely no returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number. If you ordered and received a part that you no longer need, first request a Return Authorization. All returns are subject to Fox International's Returns Policy.

How to return merchandise to Fox International:  If you ordered and received a part that you no longer need, first request a return authorization. Absolutely no returns are accepted without a return authorization number. All returns are subject to our terms and conditions.

Please include your name, order reference number, the part number(s) you are requesting a return for and a brief reason for the return (i.e. no longer needed, etc.). If possible, fax a copy of your invoice with your request for clarification and faster, accurate response.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED on Books, Microfiche, Service Manuals, Special Orders, Circuit Boards, ICs, or Cylinders over $50.00 or any other item per the discretion of Customer Service. 

Warranty Defective parts or incorrect parts will be handled on an EXCHANGE ONLY basis. No credit or refund will be given. 

All other returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, except for boards which will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

All returns must be in their original boxes and must include a copy of original invoice.

No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. To receive an Authorization Number, you must call our Customer Service Department.

Defective parts must be returned within 90 days from date of purchase. This includes module and picture tube duds.

Although a Return Authorization may be issued, and Exchange or Credit will be given only upon inspection of returned item and the determination that returned part is in a sellable condition.

Since the Vendor (Fox International) does not control the use of products it sells, there are no express warranties which extend beyond the original manufacturers warranty. Fox International cannot control the use of it's products after their sale and cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages. All warranties will be voided if merchandise is altered or used in any manner than what they were originally intended for.
